Day 1
Snatch HS(allowed three miss), 85/2
Clean & Jerk HS(allowed three misses), 85/2
Squats 3 reps x 4 sets
Goodmornings 8 Reps x 3 ss KB Rowing High Pulls/10
Volume is still going to be somewhat high. We are focusing a lot on the lifts, and we are going heavy. The squat volume is low, but the intensity is high. We are still doing some assistance. I will post the American Open taper daily with the normal workout!

Sn: 105, 110 missx3, waved back up and missed 105, drop set at 90
Clean and jerk: 145, 150 cleaned twice
Missed jerk both times, 151 missed clean
Squats: 160x3sets, 170x1set
I did the accessories
Snatch: 55, clarked 58 TWICE…idk.
clean jerk: 65
squat: 255#/3, 260#/3, 200#/10
