Started coaching an Oly class at CrossFit Pineville and they have open gym afterwards so I like to get in some extra lifting since I’m already in a gym 😛
A) Sumo Deadlift:
- up to 305 for a single
B) Good Mornings:
- 140×10, 145×10, 150×20
C) Press:
- 5 sets @ 95# – 4, 5, 3, 3, 2
- felt a little rushed because the gym was closing soon. I think I could have gotten a few more reps at the end if I’d had more rest
