- Clean from the hip, Clean from the hang, Clean from the floor + Push Press
- Clean from the hip, Clean from the hang, Clean from the floor + Push Jerk
- Clean from the hip, Clean from the hang, Clean from the floor + Split Jerk
- All without putting the bar down. BARF.
- 105, 135, 155 (missed last jerk barely ughhh)
