B) Deficit Tempo Deadlift (5 seconds up, light tng, 5 seconds down – stand on 55# plate):
- 3×5 @ 235#
C1) Press:
- 5×5 @ 75% (85#)
C2) Chest Supported DB Row:
- 20# x 12×5
D) 10 min Sled Drag:
- 70#
