Going back to school in 2020 slowed me down a bit, but I have my rhythm back now. The topic that I aimed to cover this week is:

“The Transfer of Training for Muscular Contractions”

Concentric contractions are the shortening of muscles. Eccentric contractions involve the lengthening of muscles. Finally, Isometric contractions involve force production without a change in muscle length. Each form of muscular contraction will lead to various adaptations.
