Doesn’t look like much on paper but it felt like a lot. I’m happy with the over all work that I’m putting in. I know it’s not the same as actually being able to train, but I think it will put me at a pretty good starting point once I’ allowed to lift again. Kneeling Snatches and cleans suck, their frustrating, boring and tedious, but at least I’m starting to get the hang of them and get better at them! It will pay off in the long run.
