Today was a long day! Got lots of bodybuilding strength work at the end. The next day my legs/butt and lats were SO sore.
A) Back Squat:

B) Hang Snatch:
- EMOM x 5 @ 155# then 5 @ 160#
C) Snatch Pulls:
- 4×2 @ 190#
D1) Pull-Ups:
- 4 big sets – 8, 6, 6, 6
D2) Back Rack Lunges:
- 4×6/leg – 125#, 135, 140, 145
E) Ring Rows:
- 3×20
