Testimonials
My name is Tate Carney, I am a Running back at Wake Forest. I started working with Travis in 7th grade, he taught me everything I know about weight lifting from the very beginning. He provides a great atmosphere where he truly cares about you as an athlete & a person. With his training I was fully prepared to play college football. I walked into our college weight room ahead of my peers in all weight room categories. His programs develop strength but also mobility, agility, and quickness. I continue to come back and workout with Travis whenever I can. He’s my guy!”
I truly grew up at Mash. Travis started me with the basics at age 12. He was able to drive home the importance of safe lifting, as well as making it fun enough to want to come back every day. As I grew up and committed to my sport, Travis committed to me. He built up my faith and fitness throughout high school making sure I was the strongest, most technical, and explosive kid we knew. By the time I left for college, I was ready to compete. Lessons learned at Mash took me a very long way athletically, and still come to mind often as a husband and businessman today. If you are a serious athlete, Mash is the last stop you’ll make.”
